Canyoning is a sport that can be adapted to all types of people, since there are easier sections than others. Our mountain guides will be in charge of briefly explaining to you what this activity consists of before carrying it out and during the journey they will accompany you to help you in the necessary steps and give you the advice you need.

During the tour we will encounterdifferent obstacles that we will have to overcome either on foot, or by swimming, or by rappelling... It is important that you are not afraid of water and that you know how to swim to be able to practice it. .

The most common ravine in this area is Los Carrizales, as it is a simple ravine that can be explored in approximately half a day. Along it we will find about ten rappels, the maximum height of one of them being 20 meters. There will also be jumps (maximum 8 meters high) and slides.

We can also offer you descents in other ravines in the geography of the Tenerife island.

• Teide National Park: The Teide National Park occupies the highest area of the island of Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain). Declared in 1954 as Teide National Park,[1] it is the largest and oldest of the national parks of the Canary Islands. In 1981 the park was reclassified and a special legal regime was established

• Teno Rural Park: Come and enjoy Tenerife discovering the Teno Rural Park. Erjos, Los silos, Cuevas Negras, Cruz de Gala, Teno Alto, Punta de Teno, Monte del Agua, Barranco de Masca, Carrizales, Tierras de Abache and many more are a must-see.

• Chinyero Natural Reserve: The Chinyero natural reserve. Chinyero is a volcano on the island of Tenerife located in the municipality of Santiago del Teide, located at 1,560 meters above sea level and is currently inactive.

We also have other itineraries through the islands of La Gomera and El Hierro. The routes have a duration that can be half a day or a full day, reaching up to 7 or 8 hours of walking.

Tenerife Adventure invites you to enjoy Tenerife with climbing, thus discovering some of its most impressive places while you challenge the mountain and climb walls to the top.

We offer you the opportunity to take a course aimed at all people who have concerns about getting to know the world of climbing, starting with the necessary knowledge to do this sport and at people already started who want to expand basic safety knowledge.

We undertake climbing workshops of the sport modality in which we progress along already equipped routes and with all the safety measures so that you do not fear anything.

The workshops last for half a day with 4 hours or a full day with 6 hours of theory and above all practice on the wall.

From Tenerife Adventure we propose you an adventure through the skies aboard a two-seater paraglider . From above you will have unbeatable views of the island of Tenerife with its coastline and the peak of Teide dominating everything from its 3,718 m. It will be an unrepeatable experience!

So that you can enjoy the best flight experience, we take a run from a high point and begin our tandem flight of about 30 minutes flying over the southern area of the island of Tenerife. From here you will have magnificent perspectives of the coast of Los Cristianos and the beach of the Americas and of the high mountains that culminate in Mount Teide.

Our professional instructor will give you all the necessary instructions for you to function well and feel totally safe up there, although he will be the one who handles the paraglider and drives through the air currents, so you will not have to worry no reason. You will go in the front and the instructor in the back of the device.

In addition, if you wish, we can provide you with a photographic report so that you never forget this aerial experience through the skies of Tenerife.

Tenerife Adventure has reserved a place for you in one of our kayaks so that you can visit the spectacular coastal scenery of the island along the Los Gigantes cliffs.

Come and see the joy of rowing through the waters of the sea between gentle waves and observing the towering cliffs of this area of the island's coastline located in the southwest, near Puerto de Santiago.

The kayaks are prepared for two people to go inside that will use a two-bladed paddle to propel themselves and turn through the water.

In total, you will spend about 2 hours touring this area of the coast full of attractions that you must know.

You will not need a kayak course as the route is through calm waters.
