There are different ways to feel the culture of a land, but in the province of Córdoba, one of the best is when you are close to the horses. At El Estribo Equestrian Tourism we want you to discover the most magical corners of our area through our equestrian center.

Our farm is located on the outskirts of Hornachuelos. There our horses reside in an environment that is totally beneficial to them, which makes their treatment friendly to visitors and their complexion and strength perfect for the activity we carry out.

We are specialized in horseback riding in the interior of Sierra Morena, where the Hornachulos Natural Park is located. Equestrian routes adapted to your level to Don't miss out on discovering an experience that delights everyone who tries it.

We also teach riding classes. We have a highly trained team at the Military Studs so they have a very high level of horseback riding training and are capable of imparting the best knowledge of this noble sport. We also offer equine therapy and hippotherapy sessions for people of any age with some type of illness.

You don't have to know much about Andalusia to know that it is one of the communities with the most roots in the world of horses, which is why at Equestrian Tourism El Estribo we want you to try our horseback routes and "kill two birds with one stone": have fun making a different plan with your loved ones and learn more about our province.

You will find us on the outskirts of the town of Hornachuelos. Our equestrian center, immersed in Sierra Morena and the natural park that bears the same name as the town, has a perfect location for the most exciting excursions on the back of our horses, which is why we are specialized in this activity.

We adapt each outing to the level of the group, so you won't have to worry if you haven't ridden before. Likewise, before leaving we will give you some advice and you will be able to have a "first contact" with the animal so that both parties gain confidence.

We have two types of routes so you can choose the one that best suits what you are looking for:

• Thebasic route, no less exciting and complete, lasts about 2 hours. Shortly after leaving the center we will enter the Sendero de las Herrerías to reach the Fuente del Valle Recreational Park, so visited in our area and perfect to make a stop and drink breath. We will return through the Santa Cruz cork oak forest along the Torralba path.

• The full day route is designed for those who already have a certain experience since it is an excursion of about 6 hours, although we stop for 2 hours to eat the products most typical Iberian dishes from here. We will cover part of the previous route option, although in a more complete way.
