- The Town of Bajil : we opened our way to archaeological sites that are kept alive in the middle of the forest. After a magnificent oak we climb up the Cerro de las Víboras where we will discover the legacy that rock art left us in the area.

- The Strait of Bolvonegro : one of its great advantages is that we will only have to move 5 kilometers away from the center of the town of Moratalla to reach this point where the Alhárabe channel intersects with the Benámor river. Agglutina curisas geological formations and very peculiar fossils, even that of a whale! You can photograph a dreamlike scene.

- The Caves of Zaén : we ascend the mountain to be amazed by a cliff that exceeds tens of millions of years. Here the Mediterranean forest, predecessor of those we have today, shows us its footprints.

The Murcia area that surrounds the population of Moratalla transports us to the Middle Ages just by approaching us. What is already attractive enough in itself, also wins with the framework offered by the vast natural landscapes that have the protection of the Natura 2000 Network.

- We will walk through the medieval quarter : we will enter the village of Moratalla to get closer to its beautiful, newly rehabilitated castle. At its feet is the configuration of its streets, still reminiscent of those centuries. We can stop at the Interpretation Center to get in-depth explanations of all this and go through the beautiful Chapel of the Holy Christ.

- We will know the cave paintings that have been located in the surroundings: right in Calar de la Santa and in Fuente del Sabuco, we have several sites in which you will clearly see the reason why UNESCO recognizes it as World Heritage since 1998.
