We are the best option to learn any marine sport. We prepare courses between the waves to enjoy the sea and all the excitement it can offer us. We are in Tenerife, a city well known by lovers of water sports where the weather is good for most of the year to fully enjoy these activities.

The monitors and teachers that we have at CIDEMAT have all official titles. We offer you the following courses:

Sailing: you will learn to sail and you will be able to control the wind to be the one in control. If you come to these courses, you will even learn all the techniques used in the most professional regattas and compete at a very high level. You can sail in Dinghy Sailing (Ludic, Velic, Laser, Optimist, Raquero ...), Latin Sailing or Cruise Sailing (boats over 12 meters in length)
Diving: either using a bottle or using apnea techniques, we will immerse ourselves in the depths and we will go through them again and again. When you get the title that certifies that you are a professional diver, you can also do underwater routes to explore the best areas of the Tenerife seabed. In our pool we carry out the first dives of the initiation level, for your greater comfort.
Wakeboard: is a perfect activity for the most daring. If you are agile and you like to try new things, you will love going out to sea on the board. The motorboat will take you very fast so you will have to pay close attention in the theory class to achieve balance when you are in the waves.
Kayak: You will learn to navigate and you will be able to master the kayak to be the one in control. You will even learn at an advanced level, after passing the first level, the roll technique, which is about straightening the boat after capsizing, controlling the maneuver with the hip. In addition we also have one more option. It is not a course but it is equally exciting. It is about crossing the waves with a kayak and discovering Tenerife from the sea. A different point of view with which you can appreciate the beauty of its coasts and beaches.

Windsurfing: manages to stay on the water aboard a board equipped with a sail. In level II we teach you the Water Start technique.
Nautical Academy: Recreation Nautical Academy (to obtain pleasure boat titles)

The courses and activities that we offer you at CIDEMAT are ideal for all those who want to learn and enjoy the depths. If you trust in what we have to offer, you will enjoy like never before and feel like an adventurer discovering an unexplored world.

We propose three modalities:

Tank diving course: First we will explain how to breathe with the tank on land. When you are ready you can go down and dive to the bottom of the sea. If you do a course you can obtain the official FEDAS - CMAS title to professionalize yourself a little more within this fantastic sport.
Apnea Diving Course: is the freest way to dive. Diving using this method requires great technique and a lot of preparation so as not to take any risks. Do not be left with the desire to try what it feels like to dive with only the goggles, the tube and the fins and come and try this course.
Diving with a guide: this activity can only be done as a professional. We ask for your experience because it is a guided route through the depths and you will spend a lot of time under the sea.

In the three modalities we need you to be over 14 years old to participate. It is also necessary to know how to swim since you will be in the water throughout the day. Contact us if you have any questions and we will help you enjoy the sea and its depths.

Our kayaks are very fun but also very safe and you can enjoy the best waves while you are on them. We always do this activity on the coasts of Tenerife although we change points depending on the preferences of the group. All of you who come must be over 8 years old since it is the minimum age to kayak with us.

From the kayak you will enjoy the most varied marine life and you will love seeing the landscapes from the water. But you have not only ridden the kayak to see beautiful landscapes, you will also cross the waves and reach the crest feeling their strength.

Sometimes we can even observe small cetaceans from the kayak . If you manage to see them it will be a unique experience and you will be surprised when you discover that they are only a couple of meters from you.

Do you like the sea? Do you like sports? Are you over 10 years old ? Then you can come to a spectacular wakeboard activity that we have prepared at CIDEMAT.

Among all the water sports and all the modalities that exist, this activity is unique. It is very similar to snowboarding since you will also use a board to keep your balance. This board will be dragged by the most powerful boat that we have in our fleet so you can almost fly and do the most incredible pirouettes .

As wakeboarding is simple, anyone who is able to stand on the board can do it. We will drag you away from the coast so, just in case, we will ask you to know how to swim to avoid major problems.

With CIDEMAT Tenerife Windsurfing Marine Sports Center you can learn to practice a very exciting water sport that will allow you to discover unique sensations.

In order to carry out this activity we will give you a small theoretical class where you will learn how the equipment works, how to learn to control the sail, how to interpret the wind and know if it is the ideal one to go sailing or not, etc. Once you have all the clear concepts you can put them into practice at sea. Tenerife's coasts are perfect for this.

Windsurfing is an ideal activity for all types of people, it can be practiced from the age of 10 , so, as you will see, there will be no problems when it comes to practicing it. We will also adapt the material to the weight and age of the participants.

This sport will bring you unique and exciting sensations, where there will be nothing more to let go ...

We will leave you the material and you will only have to come with a swimsuit and spare clothes. We'll take care of the rest!
