Club Náutico Moraira

The Moraira Yacht Club has had the objective since its inception to provide all the users of the Port with the best comfort in the stay, the best services for their boat, and the possibility of carrying out activities like:

• Sailing Courses
• Diving
• Fishing

The satisfaction of the approximately 750 members of the Club, and that of the navigators who visit us temporarily, constitute a continuous challenge for the Board of Directors and the employees in order to offer the quality of the service that characterizes our Club.

Since 1985, the year in which the works of the Marina were completed, the Moraira Yacht Club has been located within the nautical-tourism sector of the Valencian Community as one of the offers with the highest value for money.

In addition, since 2009, the Moraira Yacht Club holds the AENOR ISO quality management certification: 9001-2008 for its main activities:

• Mooring Management
• Varadero Management
• Fuel Station Management
• Organization of Nautical-Sports Events

Here at Club Náutico Moraira Pesca, you will be able to carry out all kinds of fishing with the help of the best professionals and instructors, who will teach you the basic techniques of this sport. 

We organize several events and activities, all of them with fishing as the main objective: 

• Big-game fishing: we organize our own big-game fishing contest every year, a fun experience that is also very gratifying for all the participants. 

• Trolling fishing: the oldest fishing contest that has been practised and organized by our yacht club. 

• Trawling fishing: consists in 3-days of fishing where people compete in different fishing styles.

We have expert certified monitors. The members of our club also know the activities related to this sport throughout the year:

• Autonomous Championship of Underwater Photography: Organized by the Federation of Underwater Activities of the Valencian Community and with the collaboration of the City Council of Teulada and the La Galera Diving Center, on June 18 and 19 it took place at the Club Náutico Moraira this Championship that had a wide impact and participation. On July 9 at night in the Club's tent area, a projection of the winning and finalist photos was held.

• Treasure Hunt Contest: The annual edition of this contest has the participation of all those fans of underwater sports.

In the Moraira Vela Yacht Club offers different sailing courses, covering a wide range of modalities:

• Light Sail: developing its initiative "Light Sail Fleet", consisting of the introduction of courses of initiation and practice of this sport modality for children of Club members and children in general.

• Sailing Cruise: organizing or participating in different regattas, such as the "Grefusa Trophy", the "5 Clubs Winter Trophy", "The AXA Trophy", "The Regatta del Portet" ... etc.

• Sailing School: with weekly courses of initiation and improvement for children and adults taught in "prawns" (school boat with capacity for 6 students).
