We have an extensive range of activities in the region of Delta del Ebro and the Parque Natural de los Puertos in the south of Tarragona . Adventure sports, both land and water, in which you can discover the main attractions of this region that has two Natural Parks.

Rice fields and wetlands in the delta and the mouth of the Ebro and peaks and large rock walls in the Sierra de los Puertos.

Around and within the Ebro Delta Natural Park we carry out:

• Diving: Introduction to scuba diving with baptisms in open and confined waters.

• Canoes: Cruises in boats for up to 5 people through the waters of the Delta.

• Kayaks: Smaller boats than canoes for 2 or 3 people in the Delta and the coast.

• Canoeing: Canoes that will take us down the Ebro river similar to kayaking.

• Sailing: We learn to sail on a sailboat along the calm waters of the coast at the mouth of the Ebro.

In the Sierra de los Puertos we come into contact with the mountains through:

• Canyoning: We descend the most hidden canyons of the mountain range and move through the waters of its streams.

• Climbing: We climb the rock walls until we reach the top.

• Caving: Caves and depths in the heart of the Sierra de los Puertos.

Between the mountains and the sea:

• Hiking: Walks to quietly see everything that the nature of these Natural Parks offers.

• BTT: To see everything at greater speed on two wheels using great routes such as the GR 99 or green routes.

Other highly fun activities are paintball, zip lining and archery that we do in our activity center.

Get started with diving in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea in the Ebro Delta area. The most surprising and varied flora and fauna await you under the sea for you to discover on dives guided by our team.

Your first experience as a diver can be both in open water and in confined water, that is, in a pool, making it easier to adapt to diving equipment.

You can choose:

• Diving baptism in pool

• Diving baptism in pool and sea

We work with groups of at least 4 people to carry out the dives.

In the case of dives in confined waters, the duration of the complete activity will be 2 and a half hours while in the combination of confined waters and open waters it will be 5 hours in total.

We take you from the center to the coast and from there the approach to the diving area.

We will be able to navigate the protected waters of the Ebro Delta Natural Park aboard a canoe on a journey between wetlands and rice fields, visiting islands and ancient mouths of the river. mighty of the peninsula.

The waters of the Ebro can be navigated through 2 points:

• Crossing its river course: We crossed various sections of its channel between mountains before reaching the mouth of the Ebro Delta.

• Touring the Ebro Delta and its mouth: Through the calm and sandy waters that flow into the Mediterranean Sea we will see all the fauna and flora of this Natural Park.

The boats have capacity for 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults.

Leading the journey will be the monitor who will direct us along the course of the river.

Kayaking is a very simple way to get great doses of fun. With simple handling, it offers the possibility of driving it to anyone. It does not require any prior experience or skills.

We have 1, 2 and 3-seater kayaks that you can choose according to your preferences.

We offer you 2 different routes:

• Route inside the lagoon, quiet walk to enjoy nature and fauna, and the high routes,
• Route along the Ebro River that crosses sections between mountains.

Both tours will give you wonderful views and a deep feeling of relaxation.

All the material will be provided by the company. You just have to dress in a swimsuit and go paddling.

Get on a canoe and sail the last kilometers of the Ebro River on a calm journey among the maritime nature of the Ebro Delta Natural Park.

We offer quiet and easy activities to do with a canoe. The canoe is a very stable boat with very easy handling. It is a very effective method to get to know the Ebro Delta.

We have two types of routes: Route through the lagoon and high routes.

If you want to practice canoeing in the lagoon you only need to equip yourself with the appropriate equipment and go out to enjoy the climate and the calm waters.

If you prefer to travel along the Ebro River between cliffs formed by the action of water, the High Routes are your perfect route.

All the material to get into the canoe such as the neoprene suit are included.

At Delta Turistic we teach you how todrive a sailboat while we tour the coastal waters of the mouth of the Ebro River and its bay. p>

We will undertake routes through the bay with a duration of 3 hours enjoying the curious landscape formed by the large amount of sediments that the Ebro River brings to its confluence with the Mediterranean.

This introduction to sailing will provide us with all the basic knowledge about the structure of a sailboat and its basic maneuvers.

We organize sailing trips from 4 people, transporting the group from the meeting point to the place where we will set sail.

The walk will provide you with some really beautiful views of this part of the Tarragona coast, already very close to Castellón.

Through a wide variety of games, paintball is a fantastic way to organize battles safely. In the vicinity of the Ebro Delta we have a field equipped to take out the paint guns and put our skills and tactics into practice.

Divided into teams you will battle with a marker gun and 100 paintballs until one of you wins. Another way to organize the game individually.

We form groups of 6 people or more and with a minimum age of 14 years.

We include all the material to play paintball: Guns, biodegradable paint balls, protective equipment, etc.

The activity will be directed by monitors who will act as impartial judges so that everything goes correctly.

Our hiking offer has all the ingredients for you to enjoy nature. The beach and the sea at the mouth of the Ebro River and the mountains and forests in the Sierra de los Puertos.

Routes through the plains and rice fields located near the delta and the mouth of the Ebro, where you can observe numerous coastal fauna. This tour of the Natural Park also includes a boat trip along the river until it enters the sea.

If you prefer the mountains, relatively close by is the Sierra de los Puertos, a steep area topped by peaks almost 1,500 meters high, with typically Mediterranean vegetation.

The walks range in duration between 3 and 4 hours, adding the necessary travel to the ideal area for walking.

We do not need large groups, just having 2 people is enough to start the walk with the support of the guide.

The Los Puertos Natural Park, less than 1 hour from Amposta and the Ebro Delta, is a mountain range in the interior of Tarragona that houses several climbing areas. very interesting to start in this adventure activity.

We approach several walls that, thanks to the numerous routes they have, make it possible to climb them regardless of the level that each one has.

Well fixed by the harness and with the help of the rope and the holds on the rock, we will gain height until we reach the top of the wall. Once at the top we will retrace our path, descending using the rappelling technique.

We take groups that have at least 4 people to the climbing area, including transportation from our base to the activity site.

Between the approach to the walls that we will climb, the completion of the activity and the return, the day will last around 4 hours.

It is advisable to bring comfortable mountain shoes, we provide the technical material.

We propose an activity in which you will have to think very carefully to get your way. Grab the bow and practice your aim with us at our shooting range in l’Ampolla, in the Ebro Delta region.

We will teach you to control your pulse and from different distances to hit the center of the target.
The size of the bows is different depending on the shooter, whether a child or older.

We run small competitions so that you can bring out the best in yourself and motivate yourself to defeat your friends.

Our instructors will be in charge of correcting your position and giving you all the necessary advice so that you can calibrate your shot as best as possible.

In the vicinity of the Ebro Delta we can sneak through the cracks that the earth has left us and enter its hidden world of shadows and curious calcareous rock formations. Caving reveals some of the most interesting caves in this region of southern Catalonia.

The mountains near the Ebro Delta are home to caves that can be explored by anyone who wants to spend a day of caving.

The duration of the tour inside the cave extends for 3 or 4 hours including the movement in which we will have time to see the stalactites, stalagmites, galleries and chasms that are below the mountains.

We enter the cave with groups from 4 people with a guide who will lead us through the various parts of the cave and explaining all the formations that we will see.

For the most accessible caves it is not necessary to have done caving before, but you do need to have done caving in other more technical ones and with sections in which you will have to climb and rappel.

The beach and the mountains in the Ebro Delta region to explore at full speed or at the pace of a ride on a mountain bike. Your pedaling will take you through natural enclaves of great maritime and mountain environmental value.

We move mainly along 2 routes, perfectly marked and with trails in very good condition:

• GR 99 Trail of the Ebro Delta: We use the last kilometers of the Ebro Natural Trail that runs more than 1,200 kilometers from its beginning. There are 29 km of route between rice fields and wetlands typical of the Ebro Delta near Amposta.

• High Land Greenway: These paths run along extinct, forgotten and dismantled railway tracks that are used for cycle tourism. Gentle slopes between mountains will be the predominant trend.

If you want more bikes, there are routes that last all days and even several days to make the most of your legs.

We go out with groups of at least 6 people who will be guided by the monitor indicating the itinerary.

You can rent the bicycle and helmet at our facilities without any problem.

Our multi-adventure area in the Ebr Delta region ensures fun throughout the day thanks to a large circuit of activities made up of zip lines, hanging bridges, climbing, etc.
