Welcome to the south of Tenerife, where thanks to Sports Club Tenerife Surf School you can do activities in the Atlantic to enhance your vacation or, if you are a resident, to learn some of the sports you've always wanted.

We are in Arona, a point with a lot of marine activity due to surfers, boat trips to La Gomera and other water sports that are done in this part of the island. So write down what we are going to tell you, there is surely something you want to do:

• Boat trips: 3 and 6 hours along the southern coast of Tenerife. We serve drinks on board and anchor in spectacular places to take a swim... sometimes accompanied by friends of the sea. It is common for dolphins to swim following the course of our catamaran, but also whales and turtles (on occasion).
• Surf and paddle surf courses: Do you have time to learn how to handle the waves? The Atlantic offers us optimal conditions, which is why we have also focused on teaching classes in these two sports with instructors certified by the Spanish Federation. We do it on Las Américas beach and you have several options, on different days, to improve in your favorite sport. If you just want to practice on your own, we rent both of your equipment.
• Kayaking and SUP excursions: departing fromLos Cristianos in Arona for 2 hours touring the coast of the Guaza Mountain, with a lot of fauna that will be around us while we paddle.

Tired of watching kayaks go on excursions to some magical place and staying on the beach without being able to see those corners that are inaccessible by swimming? Well, Arona is a great place to start your kayak routes, and also to continue with them if you have already tried them, because at Sports Club Tenerife Surf School we go out during 2 hours along the southern coast of this Canary Island.

Does Guaza Mountain sound familiar to you? It is a protected park near Arona with wild beauty that we will see on this route paddling the kayaks. In 2 hours we will see the outside of this reserve, which hides some unique reptiles in this part of the island.

We will leave from Los Cristianos with many travel companions. Apart from family and friends (the little ones also have a place on the trip because they are two-seater boats with enough space in the center), many schools of fish and playful bottlenose dolphins will come with us and we will also practice 20 minutes of snorkeling with possibilities to swim with giant turtles!!!

We will arrive at the Cave of Love, where seagulls raise their chicks and where a lot of crabs live on the volcanic rocks. There are 120 minutes in which there is no time to get bored or get tired of paddling.

Surf and the Canary Islands often go hand in hand, and at Sports Club Tenerife Surf School you have the way to practice this sport and improve your skills in the beach of the Americas in Arona. Many years of surfing contemplate us, like the Atlantic, because our school is 50 meters from the beach.

The courses we carry out are for beginners and advanced students, and also for children over 8 years old. As we are a school focused on surfing, although we also offer other sports, we constantly renew the material so that you pay for good equipment and service. Modern boards and federated instructors await you in Arona to leave here being a true surfer.

The course is 3 days, with 2 hours of class each. The first, we will learn about the parts of the board, how to position ourselves on it, a first contact with the waves, paddling lying down... The second, we will practice techniques such as eskimotaje, turns, take off in the foam and balance; while on the third day, we will continue practicing taking off out of the foam.

There is the option of adding two more days to perfect the skill learned and become a surfing expert. We have changing rooms and showers where you can comfortably leave your clothes before the activity.

The courses can be in groups or in private classes, with all the material included and with a good vibe that will make your improvement exponential.

We also rent the board if you want to go surfing on your own. The waves of Arona are wonderful and you have to take advantage of them. We are waiting for you!

The south coast of Tenerife has many ways to explore and enjoy it, and one of them is in a relaxed and comfortable way: a catamaran ride with which to visit beautiful areas of Tenerife. this part of the Canary Islands and some secrets that you will see in your experience with Escuela de Surf Sports Club.

On a catamaran with capacity for 11 people, we have excursions of 3 and 6 hours in duration. A long ride with drinks included and lunch on board... and more. Many animals swim around this area when we take the boat out for a walk, and we are not referring to the little fish that can be seen anywhere (which too), but to turtles, whales and dolphins.

In fact, it is very common to see bottlenose dolphins swimming and surfacing next to us, and thanks to our spacious boat, you will be able to take many photos with them and see how they act when they swim near the coast.

We will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Playa de las Américas, where our Fountaine Pajot Highland 35 waits with the snacks and snorkeling equipment ready for when we stop to anchor. and swim in clean, clear waters.

This luxurious catamaran comes equipped with sofas, microwave, television, refrigerator and a Fly-Bridge where you can sunbathe and have 360º views of the south coast of Tenerife.

As a nautical club, atSports Club Tenerife Surf School we take paddle surfand carry out various activities on the board and with paddle in hand for you and all those who want to join. . In Arona, the water and the environment are perfect for doing everything you can do with SUP: courses, excursions and rentals.

First, knowing how to handle the waves is already something incredible, but rowing can give you a little more dynamism if that is what you are looking for. That's why we teach Stand Up Paddle classes, from 1 to 3 days, with 2 hours of session each, depending on the level you want to reach. Maintaining balance is the basic thing, and paddling with a desired direction as well. From there, the skills and tricks you will learn will make you more and more expert.

But excursions in this part of Tenerife are mandatory, so we also have a paddle surf route through the Guaza mountain in Arona. It is a natural reserve with volcanic terrain that joins the sea and where fauna and flora are very abundant. We will enter a cave, the Cave of Love, in which seagulls and crabs play an important part of its life.

And if you prefer to go out without guides or instructors, ask to rent a board and paddle. We give you the complete material and, if you have the level, you can navigate freely along the southern coast of Tenerife. Do you feel like it?

Our water sports school is located in Arona, in the south of the island on the Las Américas beach, a coastal town from where we will learn this sport in the most fun and simple way, with learningadapted to all ages and levels. The important thing is that you enjoy it and little by little you gain enough autonomy to go sailing with judgment and professionalism.

In addition to the teacher, we include in our courses all the material that you will need to practice windsurfing, including a wetsuit, vest and helmet if you want.
