At the Estació Náutica we are specialized in offering you all the aquatic disciplines on the coast of Tarragona and the Costa Dorada.

- In the Mediterranean our team of professionals will teach you the main questions about: sport fishing from the boats that we place in ports such as Salou, to immerse yourself with diving courses in Cambrils to discover its bottom marine, to relax with guided kayak expeditions with the possibility of swimming and snorkeling next to the surface of the water, to practice kitesurfing, windsurfing, water skiing or any of its variants.

In this area we also offer you the rental of different types of boats , in departures of one to several days.

- Out of the water , the Estació Náutica gives you options to combine with the rest of the activities: mountain biking through cultural and historical enclaves, canyoning in the province of Tarragona, quad routes through uneven terrain where you can deploy your driving skills, hiking with an instructor and horse riding to the most typical towns in the region.

At the Nautical Station we will accompany you on your fishing day to guarantee success in your catches.
We have boats, equipped for this discipline in its sporting modality, that depart from our ports distributed by various points on the Costa Dorada , with special attention to the base that we occupy in Salou.

We will address this experience in the different phases that make up a fishing expedition:

- We will start preparing the material and the boat where we will take the opportunity to explain what type of gear is taken to sea to capture each species.

- Once at sea, you will attend the moment when the fisherman must know how to wait for the right moment to cast the rod without rushing.

- Once the point where the fish we are looking for are concentrated, the most important moment of the day arrives, in which you demonstrate what you have learned by directly taking the rod .

You can share the activity with a partner and little by little gain autonomy to practice fishing on your own.

Diving is a discipline that you can practice at any time, regardless of the season of the year, with Estació Náutica. We have chosen several dive sites in the surroundings of Cambrils to benefit from sea temperatures that do not drop below 13 degrees and can exceed 25 degrees.

We help you choose us:

- Any of the locations in which we dive enjoy a wide variety of species of animals and plants. In addition to diving, you can observe them up close.

- You can access any of the usual variants of diving, starting with baptism. The introductory courses can be taken from the age of 7 and you only need to know how to swim. Over the course of 3 hours, we get closer to the theoretical and practical principles of this activity to end with a dive to a depth of 4 meters.

- For those who already dive, we have dives from a boat in 1 hour outings, with the rental of equipment included if you do not have your own.

With Estació Náutica Kayaks get out of the sand to get on one of our light boats and tour the coasts of the province of Tarragona from inside the sea. The kayak does not need specific skills and you can share it with another person, be it a child or an adult. With the instructions that we will give you to advance with the paddle, it will be enough.

In addition, you can join any of our organized outings:

- They take place every Saturday , from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, in the company of a guide who will explain the characteristics of the landscape. The time dedicated to the journey will be 1 hour and 30 minutes.

- We will have the opportunity to stop at a point along the route to bathe and immerse ourselves with snorkel goggles that will allow us to observe the most superficial fauna of the area. The material runs from Estació Náutica, with attention to safety elements such as the individual vest for each participant.

Take advantage of the wind from the Costa Daurada to learn kitesurfing from the facilities of the Nautical Station in Salou.

To start flying over the sea, with the help of a special kite for this sport, it will be crucial to establish a knowledge base on the sand . In a first phase we will know the fundamental movements to manage the kite, always out of the water. From there you will be able to deepen with greater or lesser rhythm in this discipline according to your abilities. To do this:

- We propose classes at various levels, separated by initiation and improvement. They are taught in 2 days, 4 hours per day .

- The training program consists of a part of theory in which we internalize aspects related to safety, the characteristics of the material and its behavior both in and out of the water.

- You can register from the age of 14 . We will form groups of maximum 4 participants.

The material and insurance are provided directly to you at the Estació Náutica center.

With the Estació Náutica Barranquismo you can combine your beach time at our facilities in Salou with a day touring the canyons of the province of Tarragona from the inside.

- The Costa Daurada hides inland beautiful landscapes on both sides of its rivers and streams, in which we have established certain sections to continue with private participants. We will fulfill the double objective of having fun with physical exercise in nature and acquiring another vision of the rich landscape of the area far from that of ordinary tourists.

- When you come to consult us, we will discuss your ages and ask you if it is the first time you have faced a ravine. This is crucial when choosing the itinerary since some do not involve any type of difficulty and others force us to overcome rappels of several meters. Of course, you will not experience a sense of self-improvement like completing an adventure activity successfully.

Usually, we will wear wetsuit and helmet to protect ourselves from the rocks. It will also be important that we take extreme precautions when stepping on rocks dampened by water or in the middle of the current.

Not all students will be in charge of the same model of sailboat, since in each case we will have to find the right one for the age and knowledge of the person who is learning.

We adapt to your time by offering classes from Monday to Friday (from 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.) and Saturdays and Sundays (from 10 at 2pm).

Our team takes care of providing the boat, training material and the life jacket that you must wear during navigation.

We organize classes on the Costa Daurada for different levels and ages. You can choose according to the time you have:

- If you only have the weekend free : 2 days and 2 hours of class a day in Mont-roig del Camp, to choose between morning and afternoon shift.

- If you can take advantage of the whole week : from Monday to Friday you can be in the hands of our instructors for 1 hour and 30 minutes a day.

- Independent classes : one hour long whenever you decide.

Get to know the Costa Daurada driving from the sea! For that you have our jet skis with capacity for driver and companion, with the only requirement of being of legal age.

From our main facilities, in Salou, you can use the Estació Náutica jet skis:

- Renting them : for a time of 15 minutes to drive at your own pace. Of course, you should do it through the security zone that we will mark for you since there are areas on the same beach that separate bathers from these types of activities.

- In guided excursions : one of the instructors will get on the motorcycle to lead the adventure. In this case, you can go out to the open sea and discover other points of the coast.

As for clothing, it is recommended that both of you wear a swimsuit because getting wet is guaranteed.

We teach basic classes of 1 hour duration in which you will have at your disposal all the elements that you will use in this sport together with an instructor who will explain how to develop the activity.

The first points you should know:

- It will not be difficult for you to start standing on your skis, in fact we will personally take care of it. To achieve this, we will first place you in the correct posture and show what position to adopt when the boat that will tow you starts moving.

- Once in motion, you should focus on your balance, without showing excessive stiffness with changes in direction the boat takes and the waves. Don't worry because it is common for the first few times to end up submerged in water.

If you have a title as a skipper, you can hire the chosen boat on a rental basis. If you do not have a qualification, sign up for our 3-hour catamaran excursions or our multi-day trips to Columbretes or the Balearic Islands.

We have bases in the ports of Hospitalet de l’Infant, Cambrils and Salou so that you can access the location that interests you the most.

It's time to put yourself in the shoes of those who have seen so many times fly along the coast with Estació Náutica Parascending. We propose two possibilities to do so: Mont-roig del Camp or Salou beach .

- We start by listening to the rules necessary for our safety during the flight. Once we have internalized these data, we get on a jet ski that will leave us on the platform where we are hooked to the parachute using a harness .

- Once the process is finished, the pilot of the boat in charge of towing us receives the signal to start. While the boat gains in speed, we will do it in height. Parascending allows you to reach a chilling 50 meters .

- In total, the flight will take around 15 minutes during which you will contemplate the Costa Dorada with a very different view than that obtained from the ground.
