Perhaps it is because of our location, perhaps because of the DNA of the team that we form Govin Kayak... but the truth is that everyone who comes to spend a day with us leaves with the best of faces. That's what adrenaline has... And our kayak or rafting routes are totally different from anything you've seen/tried before with respect to them.

Our workplace is located in the heart of Sierra de Gredos, very close to Arenas de San Pedro. Without a doubt, the best "office" to give free rein to our activity, always taking advantage of the most incredible stretches of rapids on the Tormes River. When? The day you want an extra bit of strong emotions between March and May.

We propose two different ways to achieve that status:

• Through a rafting descent with one of our qualified guides choosing between one of the two sections. Either the medium-low difficulty one from Aliseda de la Torre, or the low level one from Barco de Ávila. One more "crazy" and the other more "simple", but both super fun and full of spectacular landscapes.

• Are kayaks more your thing? Well, perfect because with us you can have the baptism that you have always wanted in three of the most fun rivers (due to their whitewater) in Gredos: the Arenal, Tormes and Tiétar. Even if you prefer, you can descend the sections in inflatable kayaks.

You decide how far you want to revolutionize your pulsations. At Govin Kayak we only give you a little push and all the material so you can achieve it.

You are crying out for a new experience that will make you feel something you haven't had in a long time... adrenaline! Good, because you have come to the right place for it. At Govin Kayak we suggest you descend sections of rapids of three of the rivers that make up the Sierra de Gredos so that you can paddle aboard a kayak in the funniest way.

We are located in Arenas de San Pedro, also very close to Madrid, so all the adventurers in the central area of the Peninsula have a super fun day within walking distance. .

We offer two types of different experiences, one a kayak baptism and the other going aboard an inflatable kayak to make the descent. We will begin by explaining the alternatives for baptisms:

• Alpine section on the Tormes River. 7 km of medium difficulty starting at theBarco de Ávila. You will have to have some experience to paddle through the most intense rapids due to all the unevenness, waves and slipstreams that the river presents. Perfect for those who want to take a more extreme step with kayaking.

• Section between bridges in the Arenal River. Snow is responsible for forming this flow south of Gredos. 4 km with Roman bridges, rapids and spectacular landscapes that you will love. Of medium-low difficulty we will start in Los Llanos de Gredos to give free rein to our pulses.

• Cuevas-Monteagudo on the Tiétar River. The "least difficulty" section that will also begin in Arenas de San Pedro and in which we cover 12 km of white and calm waters. Perfect for a welcome to the world of kayaking and having a great time.

If you prefer inflatable kayaks or "duckies-kayak" you can also choose between the previous options, only in a more intense and safe way. You will be the skipper of your boat through the rapids, although always with one of our professionals.

From March to May we are waiting for you to discover a new way to revolutionize your heart rate, and in the most fun way.

If it still scares you a little, don't worry, because we have the craziest and most expert guides who will accompany you on the chosen outing who will be in charge of telling you how to act in each section of the river. Getting wet, you're going to get wet, but laughing and noticing how your heart gives the occasional jolt, too.

We will give you the choice between two sections of the Tormes River to descend:

• The first option assumes a medium-low difficulty level. A lot of adrenaline awaits you in a stretch of about 8 km that we will begin in Aliseda de Tormes. Fast and an unparalleled environment that will leave you speechless.

• The other alternative will begin at the Barco de Ávila. On a simpler level, in which you can even go as a family to try a different plan, we will end up at the same level as Barquillo. Also very fun and perfect to get started in this sport.

On both routes the minimum recommended age is 14 years. Other than that, there are no impediments of any kind. Sun protection, comfortable clothing... and enjoy! We anticipate that you will wonder why you have not done rafting with us before.
