Iberomar Costablanca Vela is an exclusive company dedicated to the rental of motor and sailing boats. As a sailing school, it offers various courses for skipper and captain of sailboats and motor boats.

It has several base ports located in Altea, such as the C.N. of Altea, in the C.N. Luis Campomanes and C.N. Villajoyosa.

The human and professional team is made up of skippers and captains specialized in different specialties. They have extensive experience and all the necessary qualifications, they have developed their professional work in companies as important as Royal Hispania or Iberojet.

The Iberomar Costablanca Vela Navigation School is approved by the General Directorate of the Merchant Marine and the Generalitat Valenciana, making Official Nautical Practices available to you.

This year we offer vein courses in Ibiza and Formentera, lasting 6 days and aimed at those people who want to learn and perfect knowledge and techniques. If you already know the theory but want to establish basic knowledge of navigation and aspects such as preparing food on board, where to anchor and even maneuvers such as docking. You will be able to navigate on your own with complete peace of mind!

The basic aspects of this course will be the preparation of the boat to be able to start navigation, control it in all types of situations, provision of fuel and food on board, safety, maneuvers such as man overboard, anchoring or meteorology among others.

You will only have to bring comfortable summer clothes but something that will keep you warm because it will be a 6-day course and it will get cold at night. A sleeping bag, raincoat, shoes with non-slip soles, swimsuit, towel, flip flops...

Additionally, you can find the following courses:

• Titulín: we can navigate in boats of up to 6 meters and motors up to 54.4 HP.
• Basic Navigation Pattern (PNB): motor and/or sail.
• Recreational Boat Skipper (PER): with motor and sailing boats.
• Yacht Skipper.
• Yacht Captain.
