OsteoSport GymRock develops sports activities in Barcelona for children. With specialized instructors and taught in Spanish or Catalan, English or German.

OsteoSport GymRock organizes surfing classes for children from 5 to 12 years old. Classes can be for groups or they can be private classes and take place in Barcelona .

The activity begins when all the participants have the material and arrive at the beach. The instructor will be in charge of giving some notions about surfing, emphasizing technique and postures. Before getting into the water you will have to warm up and prepare your body for the activity. This is mandatory!

Once in the water, if you have never gotten on a board, it will be difficult to keep your balance, but after several attempts and many broken waves you will be able to surf your first wave.

Paddle surfing is a simple sport, a very affordable and simple variety of surfing for children. Or even a first step so that later they enter the world of surfing. Paddle surf lessons can be individual or for a group of children.

The classes begin with a brief theoretical explanation about paddle surfing, knowing its origin and knowing how to move in the water is essential before getting on the board.

• Kids climb . Introductory climbing classes for children on walls adapted to their size and always with the help of monitors. Psychomotor and physical development in the same activity!
• Extracurricular . An extracurricular activity that we are not used to but that helps children to gain confidence and improve their concentration. In addition to improving yourself and creating habits of perseverance.
• Training . Three levels, one of initiation that is practiced in the same center so that they learn little by little, another for an intermediate level so that they improve and learn some technique and the advanced one or preparation for competition, already for children with a lot of practice.
• Excursions . Mountain climbing excursions are organized every month for children from five to fourteen years old. So they can practice on rock what they learn week after week on the walls of the center. The material will be provided by the monitors before starting.

OsteoSport GymRock prepares camps and Casals in Barcelona mainly for summer and Easter, but also at Christmas.

Among the activities that they will carry out with the children are kayaks, snowshoes if it is winter, via ferratas, canyoning in summer or climbing.

• Kids casal . For ages three to five. We will play, we will do workshops, we will try artistic gymnastics, we will climb, we will try acrobatics at height, we will organize psychomotor work and we will go to the beach.
• Acrobatics House . A camp for children ages six to fourteen. They will learn both male and female artistic gymnastics. They will also practice aerobatics. Other activities that you can try are surfing, bodyboarding or surfing. Also activities like climbing.
• Adventure house . A Casal with all kinds of adventure activities, from kayaking and climbing on a climbing wall or rock, to windsurfing, bodyboarding, surfing or paddle surfing. In addition, there will be space to put on our snorkel goggles, among other options.
• Artistic gymnastics house . For children from 6 to 14. They will try the most professional artistic gymnastics. For both girls and boys.

The camps start at 9, you can pick them up at 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. The last two include food.
