For this reason, all its activities are developed with different levels , from initiation for those who are starting to advanced levels for those who want to perfect their technique.

Finally, these activities can be carried out in small groups, but they can also be organized for larger groups that require a bit more complicated logistics, such as, for example, bachelor parties.

Although surprising, Sierraventura Buceo offers diving courses in the province of Cuenca. The company is located 23 kilometers north of the city of Cuenca, in the town of Villalba de la Sierra.

In this way, Sierraventura Buceo is one of the few companies that allows this sport to be practiced outside the sea. They offer different courses depending on the experience and needs of the clients:

- Baptism in pool: This is the simplest and most basic course. Its objective is simply to give a little varnish of what the diving activity consists of to the students. The basic operation of the equipment is explained and dives are made at very shallow depths, mainly so that divers have the feeling that it is felt when diving with all the equipment.

- Course in swimming pool: Similar to the previous one, but longer and with more theoretical and practical content. This is the perfect course for people who have little or no experience but know they like diving and want to start learning it with a little more dedication.

- River course: In this course, dives are made in fresh water. Specifically, they are made in rivers, which implies that it is necessary to have some technique and experience.

All courses include all necessary equipment. They can be done separately or combined as desired.

Sierraventura Canyoning is located in Villalba de la Sierra, Cuenca , 23 kilometers from the city and in the Serranía de Cuenca Natural Park. It is an unbeatable environment for practicing outdoor sports, and especially for canyoning.

The Natural Park has several canyons and ravines that can be covered on foot. The choice of one or the other will always depend on the experience of the participants. In this way, there are three types of descents:

- Level I: in this descent all obstacles are aquatic and to be able to do it without problems the only requirement is to know how to swim.

- Level II : rappelling is also introduced in the ravines of this level. Rappelling is a technique of lowering walls that is used to overcome high jumps.

- Level III: the ravines of this level are the most demanding. The rappels that we will find are longer than in the previous level, and in general it is necessary to be in good physical condition to be able to complete the descent without problems.

All the equipment is provided by Sierraventura: wetsuit, helmet, harness, booties, carabiners, ropes, etc. Likewise, the activity takes place under the control of a qualified monitor.

The privileged location of Sierraventura Piragüísmo is what allows this company to organize canoe routes through the rivers in the area. Specifically, it is in Villalba de la Sierra (Cuenca), less than 15 minutes by car from the city of Cuenca and, more importantly, next to the Serranía de Cuenca Natural Park.

The canoe routes that they organize run through sections of the rivers in this natural area, such as the Guadiela. One or the other section can be chosen depending on both the experience of the clients and the level of emotion they want in their activity. Consequently, those who want to have a more bumpy descent can travel a whitewater tarmo of greater or less difficulty where they will face eddies of all kinds. People who want to simply walk the river in a relaxed way that allows them to contemplate the landscape calmly can make stretches of still waters, with hardly any currents.

The specialized monitor is in charge of giving the basic notions for the management of the canoe at the beginning of the activity and supervising the participants throughout the duration of the activity. In this way, it is a perfect sport to do with schools or groups of children.

Sierraventura Paintball is located in Villalba de la Sierra, Cuenca province. From the city of Cuenca the journey by car is approximately 20 minutes.

The games take place in its wide playing field, divided into several areas where the obstacles vary: large wooden spools, parapets behind which you can hide, ruins of wooden houses, etc. There are also natural areas where you can camouflage yourself among the undergrowth and vegetation.

The activity includes, of course, all the necessary equipment , which is provided by Sierraventura Paintball: protective mask, full-body jumpsuit that protects clothing from paintballs, a marking gun and an initial charger of 100 balls. The groups must be at least 8 people, to be able to make teams of 4 people.

Sierraven tura Espeleología has its facilities located in Villalba de la Sierra (Cuenca) approximately 20 minutes by car from the city of Cuenca.

Speleology is one of the most unknown multi-adventure activities and, at the same time, one of the most fascinating. Touring underground caves on foot is an activity that will surprise you because of the spectacular nature of the caves and the surprising nature of their natural formations (stalactics, stalagmites, etc.). It is also a unique opportunity to see things that cannot be seen in open spaces.

The Sierraventura caving routes pass through the Serranía de Cuenca Natural Park. There are different levels for everyone to do the activity, including families with children. Level I is the easiest. Level II already has some aquatic part in the route, while level III are those that require more skill and physical condition.

All routes are done in the company of a qualified monitor who is perfectly knowledgeable about the area and its caves. Likewise, the necessary material is provided: helmet, gloves, individual lighting and full body suit.

Sierraventura Trekking organizes walking routes through the Cuenca region from its facilities located in Villalba de la Sierra, just 20 kilometers from the city of Cuenca.

The groups to be able to carry out a hiking route must be at least 4 people , although there is always the possibility that people who do not go in groups that reach the minimum will always join another group. The duration of the activity is half a day.

The idea of Sierraventura is that everyone can enjoy the experience of exploring the landscapes on foot, enjoying the outdoors and spending a day in nature. For this, what they do is organize each route according to the needs of the groups. In this way, if a group is made up of people accustomed to going on long marches, the route will be more demanding than if, for example, it is a group with several children. It is the perfect way to adapt the activity to each person.

All the hiking routes are done in the company of specialized instructors who know the area perfectly. This allows them to be able to tell curiosities and important aspects about the history of the places along the route, in addition to ensuring the safety of all members of the group.
