At Soham Project we believe in a life model based on the connection with our body in order to be at peace physically and mentally. We suggest that you enter the world of surfing letting this sport completely envelop you and become a way of life for you.

In our surf courses we will learn to connect body and mind with the board so that learning is the best possible and you feel that everything is a single entity. In addition, we will combine your learning with yoga classes and breathing techniques with which you will be able to relax, disconnect from day-to-day problems and fully enjoy the projects that carry out.

We organize courses aimed at the well-being of the people among whom we include, in addition to yoga and breathing techniques, laughter therapy sessions and meditation classes .

And so that young people are also in tune with their body and mind, we use this same philosophy in our surf camp . They will come out of it completely relaxed, knowing how to apply techniques to lead a calm and peaceful life and, of course, they will expand their knowledge and skills in surfing.

Soham Project invites you to enter the world of surfing taking it as a way of life with which you will be able to better connect with your body and disconnect from day-to-day problems. In this way you will come to peace with yourself and with everything that surrounds you and you will be able to experience surfing in all its intensity.

We generally work on Luanco beach , although sometimes we organize surf programs in other areas, both in Spain and internationally.

In addition, with us you can learn to handle yourself perfectly in this sport as we provide you with the best courses for it. From the most basic level of initiation to the stage of improvement we have the right teaching for you. You can have a personal coach and video correction so that the improvement is daily and in no time you will be able to catch all the waves.

We will combine learning to surf with yoga classes to relax, exercise our body and feel good physically and mentally.

At Soham Project we have a very special vision of surfing because we combine it with the practice of yoga and meditation in order to disconnect from the problems of everyday life, download the accumulated tensions and thus be able to fully enjoy life and the projects that we carry out such as surfing.

We also integrate this philosophy into our surf camp so that, for five days, young people will enjoy the best of the sea and the practice of surfing combined with yoga classes , breathing techniques and classes for emotion management . Children will learn to relax, disconnect from problems and take life in a calmer way.

As for surfing we will give them classes , divided by levels, so that both boys without previous experience and those who are already handled in the activity can attend. We will provide you with all the necessary material and you will also have the opportunity to perform video correction as well as to have personal coaching so that the improvement is the maximum possible.

In addition, they will have free time to enjoy the beach and the new friends they will make in the camp. The kids will have a great time enjoying an exciting and fun sport such as surfing, adding the plus of learning to manage their lives in a calm and healthy way.
