With us you will discover wines from the Ribeiro area, whose lands with unique climatic conditions are perfect for the cultivation of vineyards and the subsequent elaboration of their wines.
When harvesting the grapes we focus on ensuring that they are of the highest quality, ensuring that only the perfect fruits arrive at our facilities. The warehouses to which we take the kilos of grapes collected are air-conditioned and have the perfect temperature for their conservation, between 10º and 12º. The grapes are then pressed and then fermented at a temperature of around 15º.
In our wineries you will have the opportunity to pass through all these rooms, as well as through the tanks made of stainless steel where the wine remains until the bottling process is carried out.
At the end of the tour you will be able to discover how our reds or whites taste, as it will include a wine tasting in which a winemaker will explain the tasting techniques as well as the characteristics of the tasted wine.
