It is a 2 hour capea, which we will carry out at our facilities in Alcalá del Júcar. In addition, this experience includes a pairing menu so that you can taste incredible wines from the area that will be accompanied by their corresponding dishes. As a starter, you can enjoy a delicious tapa of scallop molla, pancha razor clam and Roquefort sauce accompanied by Ole de Passion white wine, then you will enter the world of fish. strong>with a cod loin with garlic confit and a tasting of a rosé wine called Olé de Rose.
