It is a 2-hour capea, which we will carry out at our facilities in Alcalá del Júcar. Challenging the heifers, becoming good trimmers... that's what we want this experience to be about, always respecting the heifers and enjoying this adventure with them. We only work with the best heifers. In addition, all our expert staff will be at your disposal to take care of everything!

In addition, this experience includes a pairing menu so you can taste incredible wines from the area that will be accompanied by their corresponding dishes. As a starter, you can enjoy a delicious tapa of scallop molla, pancha razor and Roquefort sauce accompanied with Ole de Passion white wine, then you will delve into the world of fish strong>with a loin of cod in garlic confit with a tasting of a rosé wine called Olé de Rose. Then we will move on to the meat and you can enjoy another starter that will be a stuffed blood sausage ball covered with kikos, in this case, the tapa will be accompanied with a spectacular red wine called Olé de Aromas
