You pay for a jump with video, but the video is never sent to you... They leave you on read and they don't even respond. The jump went very well but we were waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes to jump.

Thank you for your evaluation, we remind you that we do not leave a whatsapp outside of working hours in seen, it is that we cannot even read it, since when our day begins we do not stop attending to requests that arrive on time. If you call us during business hours we can see if something has happened or if we are running late because we haven't had time.

We are in Holy Week and after several hours of activity our day does not end, then we download and review material, prepare the one for the next activity, and another one comes, and so on the next day and the next and then customer service.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but we are who we are and due to covid in these last two years, we cannot afford more staff. I personally work 10/12 hours a day without a day off for over a month. Thank you very much.
