Canoeing descent on the Sil River, long stretch

Do you want an adventure session in León? You can come with your group to the River Sil and take an extensive tour in a canoe along its riverbed. Do you dare with this challenge?

The long section of the Sil is an exciting descent with amazing whitewater sections, but don't worry, because it is still suitable for everyone. Of course, you will need to know how to swim and be in good physical condition, since you will be in the water for several hours.

You can bring your children, but under 10 years old they always have to go with adults. If you are interested, you can look for the option of the short section.

This descent begins at Requejo and ends at Cobas del Sil. In total, counting the trips, it will be about 4 hours of adventure.

Bring your bathing suit, sports shoes to swim in, a change of clothes and a towel. A picnic is included after the route.
