If you like sailing in canoe you cannot miss this Eskimo-roll course in which you will learn how to control of a technique which can save you in the water.
It is related to an eskimo-roll technique, which will allow you to turn over your vessel in case of capsizing, leaning in the water thanks to the fast movement of the oar. Very useful in descents of rough waters.
Our instructor, qualified by the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation, will be the one to teach you this technique during one session of 2 hours and a half.
To join us, you just need to know how to swim and have rowed before.
