If you want to start canyoning, the Arbillas ravine is one of the best because it is located in the Sierra de Gredos, just 170 kilometers from Madrid, where the landscapes are impressive.

Specifically, it is located in Arenas de San Pedro, located in La Mira, one of the most visited mountains in the area. For 3 or 4 hours we will carry out, in a group of 5 to 8 people, a descent supervised by a specialized mountain instructor. You will meet him at around 10 in the morning to begin the descent.

The ravine has rappels, slides and jumps. To overcome them, we will carry all the collective material that consists of: a first aid kit, backpacks and waterproof drums to protect your belongings from water.

In addition, we will provide you with the necessary individual material: helmet, harness, full wetsuit, booties, anchor bag and eight. You must bring food and drink, to be able to regain strength during the activity.
