Canyoning in Los Hoyos (Sierra de Gredos)

The descent of theLos Hoyos ravine will take us half a day, in which we will do jumps, slides and 5 sections of rappelling.

We will meet the guide at the Tourist Office of the Town of Jerte. Where all the necessary material for the activity will be distributed, both individual (neoprene, booties, helmet, harness and anchor bag) and collective (backpacks, watertight drums and ropes).

For the descent you will need sneakers or closed boots (not flip-flops), and food and water that we can take into the ravine thanks to the waterproof canisters and backpacks that the Amadablam Aventura company will provide you with.

We have a short approximation of an hour and from that moment on, everything is fun.

On the descent route we will find a 13-meter rappel, also some projections that we will have to avoid and we will make some jumps with the supervision of our guide.

Halfway through the tour we will make a stop to have a snack, which we will carry in our waterproof backpacks.

At the end of the descent, we will be right next to where the cars are, so in a few minutes we will arrive and we will be able to have a snack, because we have earned it!

It is recommended to bring spare sports shoes, as after changing the shoes used in the ravine, which will be wet.
