We will give you a dossier with all the information about the techniques that we will see in the course. We will practice rappelling, different types of knots, climbing down rocks, controlling the flow of the river and many more invaluable techniques for canyoning safely.
To be able to attend the course you must know how to swim and have practiced canyoning on some occasion. You don't need anything else!
