Description of Speleocanyoning in the Val Porquero Caves
Do you want to do the speleocanyoning activity? We offer you the opportunity to carry out this unique activity in the town of Valquierero.
The route runs through the underground course of the river, which begins at the tourist entrance of the cave. It ends 1km from the town of Fermín and near the beginning of the Hoces de Vegacervera. The course has a route of about 3km and 250m of elevation gain.
This speleoravine has several swimming areas, 2 jumps of 3 and 5 meters, 2 partially covered siphons depending on the water flow and the season; multitude of small slides and 3 of them large; 6 interior and 2 exterior rappels of between 6 and 25 meters.
The dates for carrying out the activity may be brought forward or delayed depending on the flow of the river and the weather.
* Minimum age 14 years.
** Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance.
***The completion of the activity depends on the formation of a minimum group of 4 people.
