Descent of the Cerves ravine medium level 3h

One of the best ravines that Orense can offers, in the one in the Cerves River. This is found in Melón, located between La Cañiza and Ribadavia. 

The medium-level Cerves ravine, ask for little or none technical abilities, which becomes the perfect option, even for those without experience. The best seasons to visit it are Spring and Summer because its flow is excellent. This is a granite ravine. 

Several walls can be descended by abseiling. Don't worry, since the guides will tell you how to do the techniques and we are those who hand out all the necessary material. The longest cliff/wall passes 22 meters. 

We will also pass for a multitude of ponds, suitable to jump in. The guide will indicate where you can do jumps without any danger. You will also see how transparent the waters are since there are no big villages next to the river shore. 

It takes us 15 minutes to get there. Then the adventure itself will last around 2 to 3 hours, and finally, the return trail takes us 10 minutes, tops.

The requirements to enjoy the activity are to have a good physic, know how to swim, and don't suffer from vertigo. You will need to bring closed shoes, like boots or sneakers.
