With this coastering route you will travel along the Coast of Sesimbra combining hiking with canyoning, exploring land caves and diving. It will be a total combination of a wide variety of activities both aquatic and land. For this reason, it is important that you know how to swim in order to enjoy this excursion.

The activity will start from our center located a few meters from the Sesimbra Naval Club. From there you will depart along with your companions to the adventure with our professional guides. They will provide you with the necessary material for the activities and will be your guides throughout the coasteering expedition.

The coastering route lasts 4 hours so you will have the opportunity to get to know the wonders of the Setúbal district and observe its incredible biodiversity. You can jump into the turquoise and crystalline waters that characterize the magnificent marine reserve of the Professor Luiz Saldanha Marine Park and enjoy a relaxing moment on its beaches of fine golden sand.
