Do you want to try climbing? You can come to our facilities, in Archidona, Málaga, and participate in a course designed to help you gradually enter the discipline.

It is a full-day course. We will divide the morning into two stages:

First, we will do a talk, in which we will explain the main techniques, how the material is used, how the most common knots are tied, the safety rules, etc. (about 45 minutes).
Afterwards, we will do a first climbing session, in our climbing wall (about 2 hours).

In the afternoon, we will resume the course, but this time we will travel to the Virgen de Gracia mountain range, to be able to practice rock climbing, in the Cueva de las Grajas area (about 2 hours) .

In this way, in a single day, you will have advanced little by little in the world of climbing, until you have made your first routes on rock.
