Taking your first steps in the world of climbing is possible as long as you have our help. Ready to spend a day in the mountains of Salamanca surrounded by nature?

We have prepared a climbing baptism for mountain lovers. It will be taught for 3 hours in the Sierra of Béjar, very close to the municipality of Ciudad Rodrigo.

You will go hand in hand with professional instructors who will explain everything you need to know in terms of basic notions and techniques. Thus, you can enjoy an exciting day in the mountains while learning what you need to get started in the world of climbing in Salamantine lands.

We will offer you everything you need to carry out the activity such as the necessary material: helmets, harness and climbing shoes. But we ask that you come with sports clothing and comfortable shoes that allow you to climb the rock walls. It will be advisable that you protect yourself from the sun and, do not forget to bring your own water!
