Sport climbing course 2 days, Valencia

If you like climbing and want to learn how to "open" the route and belay with calmness and confidence, now is the time to learn how to do it. For 2 days you will be able to learn from great professionals and consolidate knowledge to gain autonomy in your favorite adventure sport.

At the end of this course, you will have acquired the necessary knowledge to climb equipped (sports) routes, as well as the correct belay technique for a first climber or a second who climbs on a pulley or "top rope", on one-pitch sports routes.

To take this course, some prior experience is required.

Contents:

• Technical concepts.
• Differences between types of climbing.
• Reading reviews: choosing a school and path.
• Basic knots.
• Personal and safety material, as well as its correct use.
• Progression and belay technique.
• Meeting and pick-up (pick-up maneuvers).
• Abandonment.
• Care to avoid injuries.

Personal material needed:

• Comfortable clothing, appropriate for the time of year and the activity.
• Cap, sunscreen, sunglasses,…
• Water and food.

Minimum requirements:

Desire to learn, enjoy and meet people…
Not suffer from any illness that makes it impossible to carry out this activity.

Place:

Depending on the weather and the place of origin of the group, we can hold the course at any of the sport climbing schools in the Valencian Community.
