Guided tour of Sintra from Lisbon, 1 day

Visit the magical city of Sintra, a place full of castles, palaces and parks that seem straight out of a fairy tale. With this one-day excursion, we pick you up in Lisbon and take you to the best must-see places. You can't miss it!

The excursion includes stops at the Pena Palace and the Quinta da Regaleira, both with tickets and a guided tour included. In addition, we will stop in Sintra so you can take a free tour and try the typical food of the region.

The itinerary that we will follow will be the following:

• Pick up by minivan (8:10 a.m.)

We will pick you up at the Alameda Cardeal Cerejeira in Lisbon (at the viewpoint of the Eduardo VII Park).

• Travel to Sintra (8:20h)

Once you are all gathered with the activity guide, we will travel by minivan with air conditioning to Sintra, a journey that will take us 1 hour.

• Pena Palace (9:30 a.m.)

Around 9:30 we will arrive at the first point of the excursion: The Pena Palace. Here, we will participate in a 90-minute guided tour of the palace facilities. You can enjoy the luxurious decoration inside and the original architecture outside (without forgetting the impressive views of all of Sintra).

• Sintra (11:30am)

After finishing this visit to a place that seems straight out of a fairy tale, you will have 90 minutes to explore the historic center of Sintra completely on your own. You can take the opportunity to have lunch and taste the popular "travesseiros" or the delicious "queijadas de Sintra".

• Quinta da Regaleira (1:30 p.m.)

When they arrive and we finish the rest, it will be time to head to the second stop of the day: Quinta da Regaleira. This guided tour will also take us 90 minutes, during which we will walk through its lakes and gardens, through its famous initiation wells (surely you have seen them in photos and wanted to see them in first person!) and learning about Templars, Freemasons and poets.

• Return trip to Lisbon (3:00 p.m.)

We will finish the visit and the minivan will pick us up back to Lisbon.

• Arrival and end of the tour (4:00 p.m.)

We will arrive at the same point where we picked you up and we will end this day full of fun and knowledge of mythical places.
