Description of Hiking in Molata de los Almendros half day
La Molata de los Almendros is a rock wall that lies on the course of the Zumeta River with almost 400 meters vertically. In this place the Iberians decided to locate their cemetery and the scene of one of our most special hiking routes.
Normally we will begin the journey at the Venta de Ticiano, ascending along the groves towards our destination. On this path we can find walls to pass between, griffon vultures, golden eagles and Egyptian vultures as well as some challenging ups and downs.
Don't forget to bring comfortable clothing and shoes and be eager to walk, since this path is somewhat technical. Also remember to have water on hand and some energetic food, such as nuts.
The activity is carried out in group formation.
