Description of Hiking in Molata de los Almendros half day
Molata de los Almendros is a rock castle which lies upon the Zumeta river, at an altitude of 400 metres. The Iberian people decided to create a graveyard in this place.
Our journey will start at Venta de Ticiano, and we will find groves along the road until we reach the final point. During the path, you will be able to gaze at amazing walls, griffon vultures, golden eagles and Egypcian vultures, also called white scavenger vultures or pharaoh's chickens. You'll find a challenging environment as well.
Don't forget to bring confortable clothes and shoes and a desire to walk, so long as this is a somewhat difficult path. Also remember you should bring fresh water and a trail mix to recharge your batteries.
