Description of Excursion through Cabo de Gata and Níjar

The hiking route that we propose will cover the first protected maritime land area in Andalusia. The starting point will be in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, according to the route to one of the spaces considered marine and terrestrial reserves of the park.
With the help of our professional guides you will travel through the incredible landscapes that make up the route. It will last four hours, depending on the pace we have along the way. Throughout the itinerary you will receive information about the different characteristics of the route (history, evolution, environment, landscapes, maritime areas...)

This area was also internationally declared a Biosphere Reserve and Geopark. You will be able to find great biodiversity both in animals and in the vegetation area, you will enjoy the incredible nature that surrounds the area of this town.

In addition, for the activity to be completely perfect, we will have a picnic in one of the best areas that make up the route. You will be able to enjoy an aperitif in the heart of the natural ecosystem, immersed in incredible landscapes that will make you feel the tranquility and peace that these areas exude.
