Description of Trail Running crossing in the Pyrenees 2 days
We offer you the dream of every runner: a 2-day getaway to test trail running in the Pyrenées.By this way, we will discover the environment of the western Pyrenees while we are running, for 2 consecutive days.
We will start in Villanúa, village of Huesca, and we will transport in automobile to the port of Somport. Here, we will leave the baggage in the lodge and we will start to plan the route.
The first stage will be at 12 miles, in a circular route. It is a route which starts in the port of Somport, it passes through Aspe and Sansabére, already in the area of the French Pyrenées.
The second stage will be at 14 miles. We will ascend through the canyon of Meses and we will arrive to the pass of Magdalena, whose height overcomes 2,000 metres. We will continue later, descending near the riverside and we will arrive to the village of Aísa. We will return to Villanúa, this time in car.
You set the rhythm. We don't have a schedule to fulfill to the letter. Furthermore, we always go in smaller groups, so your adventure becomes more customized.
The lodge is not included, but we can manage it for you. It will be taking place in shelters in the mountain. There will be 2 nights, with half board. You should bring food to take as a picnic in the activities.
