Hiking route through Trincheras de Contreras 2h

Would you like a walk through a stage in Spanish history ? Come to this hiking route between the Trincheras de Contreras , near Villargordo del Cabriel , where you can walk along the paths traveled during the War of Independence and be fascinated by the remains that remain around this site. For approximately 2 hours you will enjoy a natural environment in the Valencian territory, in which we will combine the trekking with a trip to the past.

The difficulty of this walk is not difficult at all, but that does not mean that in some section you have to be a little more careful. For this you will be accompanied by an expert guide who will teach and help you in each area, thus being one more member of the group. You will not need any type of equipment, except clothes and practical shoes, with that you will be ready to explore the Contreras Trenches .

To be able to fully enjoy the hiking route, you will first have some small indications, when the instructor finishes, you will only have to follow the path and have a great time. The trenches are wonderfully preserved and you can walk among them, following the established path you will reach an area that offers incredible panoramic views of the area. From there you can see part of the Cabriel River and part of the rock formations of the Cabriel Knives .
