Nordic walking initiation course Basque Country

Have you ever heard about Nordic walking activities? Would you like to learn and become such an expert in this new trekking modality? If that's your case, don't wait anymore and come to enroll in this amazing course to discover a new way to enjoy the natural environment and the northern landscapes!

This Nordic walking course will be divided into two parts: a theoretical and a practical session. In the first one, you will learn some of the history hidden in this trekking modality and how to use the essential equipment for a Nordic walking activity (sticks and all its parts). On the other hand, in the second one, you will start warming up to enjoy an easy Nordic walking to discover impressive natural areas.

This course will last a total of three hours. We will give you the possibility to divide them as better suits you: two separate days in two weeks (two classes with a length of one hour and a half) or one only three-hour class.
