At the beginning of the activity, the instructor will give you the basic keys to carry out this adventure properly. The route is divided into five stages with a total of 400 kilometers. The stages are as follows:

At the beginning of the activity, the instructor will give you the basic keys to carry out this adventure properly. The route is divided into five stages with a total of 400 kilometers. The stages are as follows:
- Seville-Marchena-Osuna: The first stage will be from the Andalusian capital, visiting the towns of Alcalá de Guadaira and Los Alcores. After passing through the streams of the Corbones River we will reach the regions of Marchena and Osuna. This stage has a total distance of 164 kilometers.
- Osuna-Antequera: Next we leave the Sevillian region of Osuna behind to enter the province of Málaga, specifically in the town of Los Llanos de Antequera, surrounding the Blanco River and crossing the Guadalhorce River, which will take us to the ancient city of Antequera.
- Antequera-Loja: After exploring a great diversity of vegetation of pine and holm oak forests, we will reach the Genil valley along the path of the old hill, where we will be able to observe the well-known "Peñade los amores". We will go up and enter the town of Antequera, all through the surroundings of its mountain range.
- Loja-Montefrío: The penultimate stage takes us to the town of Loja. It is a short but intense stage, we will see several places such as the port of Tocón, Los Montes and the Arroyo Molinos valley, which will take us to the town of Montefrío.
- Montefrío-Granada: This stage begins in the town of Los Montes and takes us to the Vega de Granada. We will surround the northern area of the Parapanda mountain range. Finally, we cross the Real Villa Católica that will take us to our final destination, the province of Granada.
