We offer you a half-day bicycle rental so that you can calmly enjoy our greenway, fully equipped on the old railway line that ran through the medieval towns in the area such as Val de Tafán, Terra Alta or Barx Ebre, joining Puebla de Híjar in Aragon with Tortuosa in Catalonia.
In addition, we propose the following routes:
To do this you canpick up your bicycle in Torre del Compte, Cretas or Valderrobres.
We offer you a half-day bicycle rental so that you can calmly enjoy our greenway, fully equipped on the old railway line that ran through the medieval towns in the area such as Val de Tafán, Terra Alta or Barx Ebre, joining Puebla de Híjar in Aragon with Tortuosa in Catalonia.
In addition, we propose the following routes:
- Blue route from Varderrobres to Horta de San Joan, 1 hour and a half long.
- Yellow route from Varderrobres to Prat del Compte, the best to go with children.
- Orange route from Varderrobres to Benifallet, about 4 hours.
- Green route from Torre del Compte to Valdealgorafa, a 3-hour round trip.
To do this you canpick up your bicycle in Torre del Compte, Cretas or Valderrobres.

Enjoy a bike ride along the routes and paths of the Matarraña greenway. several sections, with different colors depending on the level and grade you want to complete.It is a strategic area, as it borders Zaragoza, Tarragona and Castellón. It has towns with great cultural wealth full of history and natural landscapes.
Torre del Compte has views of the river that gives rise to the province as well as the Beceite bridges which you can also see from Río Matarraña. Several areas and paths that are waiting for you to pedal and enjoy them.
You canpick up the touring bike in Cretas, in Valderrobres or in Torre del Compte.
If you wish, you can use our pick-up services at different stations on the greenway.
If you want to do a section of the greenway, we will advise you. These are the options:
- Blue section, from Valderrobres or from Cretas to Horta de Sant Joan. Perfect to do with small children or older people, due to its low difficulty. You complete it in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Yellow section, from Valderrobres or Cretas to Prat del Compte. If you are starting out on green routes, it is your option. 2 and 30 hours with an easy level.
- Orange section: Valderrobres or Cretas towards Benifallet or Xerta. Valid whether you go with friends or family. The difficulty is between easy and medium. You are going to spend 4 hours finishing the section.
- Green section: from Torre deñ Compte to Valdealgorafa and return. You can do one section in 3 hours, the difficulty being medium.
- Purple section: from Alcañiz to Tortosa, that is, the complete greenway. But doing it in just one day is impossible! It is designed to be completed in 3 days.
