Description of Melgar Burgos Robotics Summer Camp

If your child is passionate about new technologies , he loves everything related to robots and would like to learn more about this fantastic world, the ideal camp for him is right here. In this robotics camp children will be able to learn to build their own robots, program them and then compete with those created by their classmates.

The camp is divided into two different shifts of 8 days each.

  • First: From June 25 to July 2 - 1st shift
  • Second: From July 2 to July 9 - 2nd shift
  • Option to do both shifts (ask us).

In this camp, children will have 4 hours a day each morning from Monday to Thursday in which robotics classes will be held. These will be led by LEGO Education monitors, who will carry out the sessions and monitor the children's progress. Through interaction with technology, young people will develop attributes such as creativity or problem solving.

In the afternoons they will leave the classrooms and enjoy sports and adventure activities with which they can practice sports in a healthy way while surrounded by nature and fresh air. Children can go canoeing, hiking, swimming in the pool and riding mountain bikes, among other things.

During the nights there will be evenings with special games and activities, such as gymkhanas or a disco session inside the hostel. Finally at 11:30 p.m. it will be time to go to bed to enjoy another exciting day.

* The minimum age to enter the camp is 7 years old, and the maximum age is 14.
**There is an infirmary inside the hostel for minor problems.
***There are menus for children with special eating problems.
