Description of Camp for families in Cantabria 7 days children

Take advantage of this summer and sign up for this family camp in Cantabria to live the best experiences together, parents and children. Through our program you will discover the most incredible natural places in our Community and practice exciting adventures.

This offer is for children from 6 to 12 years old. Ask us about rates for adults.

It will take place from August 12 to 18.

The accommodation is located in the Santoña Marismas Natural Park, next to Rada, and very close to Laredo (2 kilometers). You will have wooden bungalows or mazucos (paying a supplement) with capacity for 4 people. They all have a bathroom inside.

In the facility, which measures about 22,000 m2, you will find natural grass soccer fields, an Olympic swimming pool, and areas for the different adventure activities that we will practice.

The full board includes 3 meals a day, with a variety of dishes to choose from at the buffet, although some days we will prepare a picnic, if we spend the day out, or we will go to a restaurant. Let us know any food intolerance and we will adapt your meal.

This is the program that we will follow during the 7 days:

Day 1: You will arrive at the venue around 1:00 p.m. We will distribute the accommodations, you will meet the team and we will eat. In the afternoon we will enjoy games in the pool, various sports and cooperation games. We will have dinner and enjoy the first evening.

Day 2: After breakfast we will travel to Santoña to take a boat ride through its marshes. You will also have time to walk around the town at your leisure. After lunch, we will move to Laredo to see its streets and beaches. We will return, we will have dinner and we will have an evening.

Day 3: On this day we will visit the Cabárceno Nature Park (entrance included), so that you can enjoy as a family seeing the 150 species that live in this area, practically in freedom with lunch in the premises.After the visits, return to the facility in the afternoon for dinner, evening and accommodation.

Day 4: It's time to visit Santillana del Mar, a town that has its origins in the Middle Ages. There we can see the Monastery of Santa Juliana and try the sobaos that they make by hand. Afterwards we will go to Altamira and, if there is availability, we will be able to enter the replica of the famous caves, to see the cave paintings. We will return to our facilities, have dinner and have a fun evening.

Day 5: we will go to see San Vicente de la Barquera, we will play fun games on its beaches and we will eat at a restaurant on the coast. To theIn the afternoon we will go to Comillas and see El Capricho, a work by Gaudí. On the way back we will have dinner and play the corresponding night games.

Day 6: we will approach Santander to visit the city and its most representative monuments. Optional return to the facility for lunch and afternoon dedicated to a fun hiking route along the Santoña cliffs.Dinner, farewell evening and accommodation.

Day 7: It will be the day of farewell. After breakfast, we will pack our bags and end a week that none of us will forget.
