Our facilities are designed to give you all the peace and concentration you need, away from any contact with routine, such as the Internet.

This spiritual retreat will allow you to get in touch with your feelings, creating personal growth that will help you in your daily life. During these days, we will also engage in conversations with an expert psychotherapist, getting involved in philosophy and psychology.

We will also practice emotional awareness exercises, daily yoga, guided meditation... Practices that will help you connect with the person you really care about. you are, with the help of the spectacular nature that surrounds the facilities.

You will stay in tents with all the necessary comforts for your rest. Meals are included and are prepared fresh.

How long the activity lasts

From Friday at 6:00 p.m. until Monday at 10:00 a.m. 4 days in total.

When your activity starts and finishes

Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Accommodation

During the camp you will stay in tents that have all the necessary equipment to pass the days with the greatest comfort.
The services are made of varnished wood.
The shower is solar, which implies that if there is sun, the water is hot, if there is no sun, the water is at room temperature.
Meals are included and will be prepared at the moment.

Transport

You can arrive by train or bus to Tortosa or Móra La Nova.

We pick up at Tortosa and Móra La Nova at 5:30 PM on Friday.

If you prefer to go with your own vehicle, we will send you the location.
