Wine route through La Mancha Don Quixote and Dulcinea

Do you want to get to know La Mancha through the path that Don Quixote followed to see Dulcinea? With this one day excursion you will be able to discover it; because we have designed a guided route through this very literary journey, with the world of gastronomy and wine in the background. Enjoy with your friends or family a day full of culture in a very interesting area.

The adventure will begin at 8:30 am in the morning, in Madrid. We will meet at Paseo del Prado, next to Plaza Cibeles, to head towards the town of El Toboso. Once we arrive at 10:00 a.m., we will go directly to the Casa de Dulcinea , where we can visit the rooms of her residence and learn about the way of life of the hidalgo's beloved.

Next, we'll go to a family-run winery, to see up close how they produce their wine and get to know their facilities. We will also have the fortune to try this exquisite drink through a selection of wines that they have prepared for us to taste.

We will have lunch at a local restaurant with typical food to make the experience even more complete. After having savored some of the dishes of its gastronomy, we can relax and recharge energy for the second part of the adventure.

Campo de Criptana will be the next town we visit. There we will see, on the extensive plain, the windmills that Cervantes described so passionately. We will contemplate its machinery, intact from long ago, and its mechanics.

The activity will end at approximately 7:00 p.m. with our arrival in the capital.
