All exercises are explained and directed by an expert monitor who will be in charge of helping you so that the dynamics of the game work. We provide you with all the necessary material, but don't forget to wear sports clothes and shoes. Remember that we are next to the Elsa River, in a landscape surrounded by mountains, so the feeling of freedom and pleasure will be constant!

In addition, you will sleep in a hostel with full board (from Saturday to Sunday), which includes homemade and typical meals from the Leonese region. Rest from an intense day of adrenaline in our double rooms with individual bathroom and recharge your batteries for the next day.
