Parachute jump in Proença-a-Nova with HD video

If you are looking to get your adrenaline pumping, you can try a skydiving session near Cáceres with HD video footage included. You can find us in Proença-a-Nova, a Portuguese village near the border.

The activity starts with a 15-minute briefing, during which one of our instructors will provide a brief explanation regarding procedure and safety norms and answer any questions you may have.

Once you feel comfortable with the things you learned, you can board the aircraft that will take us to an altitude of over 13.000ft (4000m). The flight will take around 20 minutes.

As soon as you reach the ideal height, it is time to jump. You'll experience the thrilling sensation of free-falling for 50 intense seconds at speeds over 136mph (220kmh), followed by a 5-minute controlled descent during which you can control the parachute yourself.

We will record an HD video of the entire activity so you can relive it as many times as you want afterward!

The activity is suitable for everyone, as long as they don't have severe heart conditions. Participants may have a height of up to 6 ft 6.7 in (200cm) and weigh between 66 and 198lbs (30 to 90kg).

Minors must provide written parental consent.
