Children's surf camp in Castrillón with accommodation

In this surf camp, children between 8 and 16 years can join us. We are on the Las Salinas beach  willing to live a week of surfers with a camp that will last more than a week.

We will get up and have breakfast, we will put on the suit and we will get to take the boards, we will warm up to prevent injuries and we will recognize the sea, and the environment, explaining how the wind influences the waves and their formation.

The surf training lasts two hours in which first we will train first on ground, to have clear what movements we should make on the water and, finally, we will get into the water. After doing physical effort, we will stretch and eat. We must note that surfing is a sport that requires 6 basic disciplines: endurance, strength, reaction speed, flexibility, coordination and balance and although it is not essential to be trained, it is true that they are going reinforce and train all the physical qualities that revolve around surfing.

During this week we will learn about oceanography, marine diversity and we will make excursions on bicycles, we have prepared a different activity for every day!
