Children's Surf Camp in Castrillón without accommodation

If you are between 8 and 16 years old and you want to spend an unforgettable week appending and perfecting your surfing. This is your Surf Camp. We are in Castrillón on the beach of Las Salinas , we are lucky to have surfing waves almost all year round, this makes our instructors have studied the site in the different weather conditions and therefore making them even more expert.

The groups are maximum five people , because we believe that with such a small group learning and safe evolution are favored within the surf camp. This way you will be able to enjoy two hours a day for a week in which we will take our time to understand the sea, prepare the board and your body and have fun.

During this week we will train: flexibility because if you do not train since you are a child you lose it and it is very difficult to recover it again, coordination, balance , the speed of reaction since we will have to continually recognize in the state of the sea and will help in the decision making and the responsibility of them, strength and resistance , since more of the Half of the time we spent paddling with our arms. For all this we could say that we also carry out the sports technification required to start or continue (according to levels) with this sport.
