Children's Surf Camp in Castrillón without accommodation

If you are between 8 and 16 years old and you want to spend an unforgettable week learning and perfecting your surfing. This is your Surf Camp. We are located in Castrillón on Las Salinas beach, we are lucky to have waves to surf almost all year round, this means that our instructors have studied the site in the different weather conditions and therefore making them even more experts.

The groups are maximum of five people, because we believe that with a group this small it favors learning and safe evolution within the surf camp. This way you will be able to enjoy two hours a day for a week in which we will take our time to understand the sea, prepare the board and your body and have fun.

During this week we are going to train: flexibility since if it is not trained since childhood it is lost and it is very difficult to recover it again, coordination, balance, the speed of reactionsince we must continuously recognize the state of the sea and it will help in making decisions and taking responsibility for them, strength and resistance, since more of the Half the time we spent paddling with our arms. For all this we could say that we also carry out the sports technology required to start or continue (depending on levels) with this sport.
