Programming and robotics camp in Barcelona

The Yahboom OmniWheel mobile robots are causing a sensation in robotics courses for young people. So don't wait any longer and enroll your children in our week-long coding and robotics camp this summer. If they are between 9 and 12 years old, there will be no more educational and fun urban campus. They will be delighted with what they have learned!

This technology is beginning to be present in some sectors, but in a few years, it will be in our daily lives and knowing how it works will be an advantage that will provide them with a better future. During a week, they will learn how this 146-block robot has 4 motors and 4 Meccanum wheels (omnidirectional wheels).

We will teach them how to build it themselves, the best way to study its operation, as well as programming and controlling the Micro:bit board that will be associated with a motor control board. They will acquire more fluency with MakeCode (a programming language very similar to Scratch), which will help them manage the operation of the 4 motors of the Yahboom OmniWheel.

In addition, we will incorporate a HuskyLens intelligent camera into the robot, capable of detecting objects, colors and shapes. They will learn to use this camera and they will get the robot to perform tasks of following objects or detecting lines. They will be able to program the microcontroller. Encourage them to come, they will love it!

The camp will take place from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the following dates: from July 3 to 7 and from July 17 to 21 at Colegio Sagrado Corazón Corazonistas and from June 26 to 30, from July 10 to 14, from July 24 to 28 and from August 28 to September 1 at Learnlife Barcelona.
