As you already know, a via ferrata is a mountain itinerary that allows access to complex places with the help of handles, steps and rails secured to the rock. You will be able to discover caves and hidden areas that could not be reached practicing trekking or hiking, only with a very high level of climbing.

This via ferrata is of medium difficulty, so it is advisable, although not essential, that you have a minimum of experience in climbing or in other similar mountain activities. The minimum age to be able to do this route is 16 years old.

Don't forget to bring climbing shoes or comfortable shoes to move around the rocks and mountains. You should also bring sportswear and a backpack. If you have long hair, it will be mandatory to wear a rubber band to keep it tied up during the activity.
