2-hour wine tasting course in La Rioja Alavesa

Do you want to become a professional wine taster of La Rioja D.O.? Then our wine tasting course of about 2 hours will give you the opportunity to make your passion for this drink only suitable for demanding palates, a very special celebration We will carry it out in different wineries of the towns of the region of La Rioja Alavesa of Labastida and Laguarida.

With the knowledge of winemakers with many years of experience, you will have the opportunity to  taste 4 of the most prominent wines that are elaborated in  these sanctuaries. In addition, you will be taught the basics when making a perfect tasting for which you will need to involve your five senses.

The fundamental steps when conducting a tasting are:

• Visual. Uncork the bottle, smell the cork and taste the product a little.
• Olfactory. We put the nose in the glass to take into the smell of wine, without shaking the glass at any time.
• Gustative. It's time to let our palates enjoy the taste of this splendid drink.

In addition, since we also want you to become an expert in wine manipulation, you will also be taught some easy recommendations on how to serve a broth as exclusive as this one.
