Our winery is located in a privileged enclave for the aging of our wines, in the La Manchuela region. Casas Ibáñez is located between the Serranía de Cuenca and La Mancha, very close to the towns in the provinces of Valencia and Cuenca that you can easily access it from any of these points.

Your wine experience will begin with a very special ride through our vineyards in a horse carriage. One hour enjoying the views while you drink one of our wines that you have chosen yourself and let yourself be carried away by the explanations of our winemaker. We will make two stops so that you can get closer to the production process from the beginning.

We will continue the route inside the winery, where you will continue to learn more about the wine growing process, the care it takes, the fermentation process until bottling. It will be a pleasant and familiar tour since what matters most to us is that you enjoy and learn more about the drink that has united us and that so much tradition and culture encompasses.

We will finish with a wine tasting accompanied by an aperitif where you will learn to taste, smell and feel each nuance that makes up our wines. They are exclusively vegan and organic wines and you will appreciate that in every sip you take, you will even learn to differentiate them.
