Highly recommend this adventure! I actually didn't fully understand what coasteering was when I booked this activity.
Realized very quickly once we started that it involved cliff jumping, which I was a little scared about. But our guide was great - he explained everything fully and adjusted the activities to our comfort level and abilities.
