Description of Aula del Mar

Aula del Mar is an aquarium that dedicates all its efforts to teaching environmental education, so that everyone who passes through our facilities learns and values the environment that surrounds us, especially through interpretation.
Our educational space is developed around everything related to the coast, promoting the best attitudes of respect for the coast. We have services such as the Aquarium Museum, where you can observe the constant movement of marine life through a window open to the sea. Thanks to the museum, you will be able to learn about marine fauna and flora, either in our exhibitors or in permanent and temporary rooms about diving, fishing, aquaculture...

In addition, we are a species recovery center (C.R.E.M.A.) where we find the only marine hospital in our community, dedicating ourselves 100% to rehabilitation and subsequent reintroduction into the sea after collecting stranded animals. The Department of the Environment helped us create this project and we have made many people aware of the problems that marine species have.

If you are interested in research on marine crops, we have great information in that regard, since we focus on aquaculture, especially on the reproduction of marine species such as the seahorse or the whitebait, which are currently in danger.

Come and enjoy facilities where you and your loved ones will learn everything related to aquatic matters, while enjoying unique and rewarding experiences. Take environmental eucalyptus courses and learn to interpret the marine world.

Contact Aula del Mar and we will inform you of everything.
