4x4 Tour in the East of Madeira (7 hours)

In the east of Madeira nature prevails, what better way to get into it than with an SUV? With our 4x4 routes through the island you can spend 7 hours disconnection.

This plan is perfect to spend a day of adventures with family, friends or with your partner. We will leave Funchal to explore the east of the island along paths that are not very accessible to other vehicles, but not to our intrepid jeep.

We will go through the Caminhos Reais until we reach the highest places, from where we will be able to enjoy a privileged view of Funchal. We will head towards the Pico do Arieiro and we will enjoy the pine forests that we will leave behind as we advance along the route.

Ribeiro Frio will be our next stop, surrounded by laurel forests. We will go through the Levada dos Balcões promenade, another of the many magical areas that this excursion covers. We will stop to rest in the famous city of Santana and then we will return to Funchal along the coast, stopping at the Guindaste viewpoint.

This route is a dream, its coasts, its forests and its magical trails will prove it to you. The transfer to and from the hotel (if you are staying in Funchal) is included. We can also drop you off and pick you up at the cruise port.
